The building, destruction and rebuilding of the Temple at Jerusalem forms the cornerstone of our Masonic ritual and that these legends and in particular, the search for the Master Word are allegorical representations of the search for Truth, which is the essence of our Masonic philosophy... and the Cryptic Degrees illustrate that single unbroken thread that binds the Degrees of all the Solomonic Orders together.
So if the Solomonic Legend is a search for Truth.... why wouldn't you want to find the next piece of the puzzle?
